Longing to watch RDB

Its been a long time since I wanted to watch a hindi movie. The last one I remember was Lagaan, though I have seen a few inbetween. Ever since I read the synopsis of Rang De Basanti, I have been eager to see the movie. Today, the review on the movie in The Hindu has increased my urge. For now, let me just hope to see the movie soon and come up with my version of the review. Probably this was the sentence that has pushed me.

As far as I can see, there doesn't seem to be any correlation between the quality of the movie and the likelihood of it being chosen for the foreign film category at the Oscars. For e.g. Jeans was sent. I'm fairly sure there've been other ridiculous movies which've been sent as India's entry.
